Take a short break at the halfway point for coffee or restroom (Approx. 15 minutes)

Trekking to visit Mua cave to see the panoramic view of limestone mountains in Ninh Binh. After conquering 486 stone stairs, you will reach the peak of Mua cave mountain. From the top, we can admire the whole beauty of the Tam Coc area with the vast rice fields, green countryside.
12:30 pm
Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant in Tam Coc.
13:30 pm
After finishing your lunch, walk to the harbor nearby to take a boat trip on Ngo Dong River in Tam Coc. The sampan boats are rowed by the local using both hands and legs. The boat trip will leisurely take you through 3 spectacular grottos with numerous limestone karsts on the way.
If you travel during the harvest season, you will be able to witness the iconic image of Tam Coc with golden rice fields running endlessly along both sides of the river. In total, the duration of the boat trip ranges from 1n1/2 to 2 hours.
Optionally, you can also join the group to ride bicycle around the countryside watching the local farmers and water buffaloes working on the rice fields.
Note: It is a custom to give a small tip to the boat rower at the end of the boat ride.
